Does anyone know these stud bolt torque settings?

I've looked through several manuals and can't find the torque setting of these 4 stud bolts.

Does anyone know?

I have not found an exact value either. But I do it like this, clean grease and oil from the thread and blind hole. Lubricate the stud bolt with threadlocker, then screw it in with 28-30 Nm. Wait a little and then continue. Tighten the cylinder head cap nut with exactly 28 Nm, then it fits.
